The Rebranding Nacar project aimed to refresh Nacar Design's aesthetics, creating a new look and feel for the brand.
Project started in April / 2023 and still ongoing on September / 2023.
The main problems faced in this project were inconsistency and lack of coherence in Nacar Design's old branding, resulting in a disconnect with their visual identity.
Create a consistent brand that has the power to evolve organically in time following the strategic plan for Nacar Design.
A clean but fresh branding that emerges from a neutral selection of assets as a base, to evolve and shine using simple but effective visuals.
The company's rebranding efforts received overwhelming approval from its 150 employees, with support from prominent companies like Palo Alto and BCD. Internal and external communications became more engaging, fostering stronger connections with individuals.
In leading this project, I learned to align design with the needs of a large company, creating a workflow based on iterative feedback to improve usability for over 150 employees.
The next steps for the project include implementing the new brand across all platforms and creating guidelines for employees to ensure consistent use.
